Spring Jean Trend: Embroidered Jeans

Back in grade school, I had a pair of embroidered jeans that I LOVED.  If my mom would let me wear them everyday, I would have.  I wore them so much that I wore a hole in them (I can’t remember where) and my mom got rid of them.  So, of course, as a grown woman I’ve been eyeing embroidered jeans just because of those pair that I loved as a kid.  Talk about nostalgia!

Spring 2017 continues that trend over the last couple of seasons for embroidered jeans and really denim, period.  We have seen an increase in patch work and embroidery on denim jackets, shirts, and jeans.  I’m here for it!.  You can get your jeans already embroidered or you can get a kit to do a DIY project on a pair of jeans that you already have in your closet.

Wear it Unapologetically

I decided to rock my floral embroidered jeans with a white button up and white pumps.  I finished off the look with my favorite mirrored sunnies. I went with light accessories because I wanted the jeans to stand out.  This look is perfect for a day out running errands or catching up with friends.  Of course for errands, I’d swap out the heels for flats or sneakers.
