Like a Boss: Mixing Polka Dots

By now, it should be pretty obvious that I like polka dots in general.  I especially love to mix them.  The key to mixing polka dots is to make sure you have a different arrangement of the polka dots that you intend to mix.  Small polka dots mix well with bigger polka dots.  Or like I did below; white polka dots against black with black polka dots against white.  The mix here is consistent, but interesting.

How do you mix patterns?

  1. Lovely post, Venus. The outfit looks both creative and feminine. I love how you accessorized the belt to break up the polka dots. I must admit, I do not have anything polka dot in my wardrobe lol The closest I have is leopard print and I have matched that with stripes and color blocking. This is post is definitely a style inspo for the Spring! Keep up the fabulous posts!
