Whether we like it or not, hair is just as much as an accessory to our outfits and beauty routines as anything else. Sometimes your hair style can make or break your look. And no, this isn’t about trends of style or preference, it has everything to do with your personality and being able to unapologetically express that through your hair style.
I’m pretty basic when it comes to my hair: I want healthy hair without making a big fuss about it. You can commonly find me rocking a low or high bun or a bomb curly or straight wig – I like to play with my look with the least amount of effort. Colour (an on-demand concierge at-home hair styling app) is so clutch and perfect for women like me and beyond. I’ve had the Colour experience before and shared that with you all here at pinkklipstick.com. A year later, my opinion of them has not changed, obviously.
For those who are unfamiliar with Colour, check out my original post and get caught up. For those that are still exploring the idea of Colour, stay put and view the video below of my experience at a pop up shop that Colour has been hosting this summer. If you are in the Atlanta area, you can experience Colour by going to one of the pop up shops located at Indique Boutique in the Inman Park area. You will get your hair styled by one of Colour’s stylists, greeted with a mimosa and sweet treats and just overall #goodvibes. I was especially pleased that my at home experience was similar to what I would experienced in a more traditional upscale salon if not better. The one on one care and the education that I received from my stylist made me fall in love with Colour all over again.
Enjoy this video of my Colour experience along with seeing how I got these pretty goddess braids perfect for the holiday and summer overall.
